Following our potluck, we will hold our Annual Guild meeting at which we will elect a Treasurer and Vice President.  Nominate someone who would like to serve or nominate yourself.  

We are pleased to hold a mini-workshop with fellow member Grace Swanson.  Bring your wood burner to the next MWGBG meeting to learn about burning designs on gourds; 
how to shade; use of different burning tips; brands of burners, including the advantages of professional wood burners; getting your broken tips repaired; and how to keep the smoke out of your face.  There will be small gourds and gourd shards available and a choice of projects for you to work on.  If you don’t have your own burner, we will have a couple non-professional burners for you to try.  If you have an extra burner to share, please bring it.  There will be a small fee for this mini-workshop.
