Following the regular meeting and potluck, Willie Ziegler will teach a mini-workshop on twill techniques.  Students will create a flat sampler that will help them with future basketry projects.

Materials will be provided, but bring scissors and your favorite basketry tools (we can share if you do not have any).  The photo on right is example of a few twill pattern variations that are possible.

There is a small fee for the mini-workshop.

Members should bring their packaged entry for the Encinitas Community Center. YOU MUST send the following information to Grace Swanson (swanson121@cox.net) BEFORE Friday, March 22, since small tags must be made ahead of time to go along side each piece of artwork:
