Following the regular meeting and potluck, Willie Ziegler will lead a mini-workshop showing students how to create a small square-on-square basket. Using colored paper strips, this project will incorporate plaiting and twill techniques. Materials will be provided, but bring scissors and your favorite basketry tools (we can share if you do not have any).

The photo on right is an example of the basket students will learn to create. There is a small fee for the mini-workshop.
