Come and join us at our beautiful new meeting location at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation Discovery Center!
We will arrange seating for social distancing and ask that all attendees wear a mask. We look forward to being with you all to discuss plans for the Guild’s future and receive members’ input during the meeting. Through this process, we hope to create an atmosphere that will keep all our creative juices flowing and keep the organization vital and meaningful.
In there interests of health and safety - NO POTLUCK this month to follow the meeting. Instead, please bring your own sack lunch. We also encourage attendees to bring their recent basket or gourd projects - either to show your finished piece or to get advice on problem areas.
Following lunch and members’ show-and-share, Carol Lang has graciously agreed to teach interested members how to make “Bead Buddies.” Carol will supply all the materials needed for this fun project. But you may want to bring your own beads, buttons, jewelry wire, small wire cutter or scissors, and needle-nose pliers. Carol also suggests bringing a piece of cloth to hold beads so they don’t roll away. She’ll be providing students with directions. There is a small fee to participate in this mini-workshop.
